The Kitchens at Olive & Barley is a shared kitchen and incubator designed to empower culinary professionals, nonprofits, and food startups. Our mission is to provide space, resources, and community-driven support to those looking to grow their businesses and impact the region.

Shared Commercial Kitchen

Use our primary kitchen space outfitted with professional equipment including 4–6 burner stovetops, charbroiler, countertop coolers, combo ovens, multiple prep tables, and both floor and donut fryers. Designed for chefs, food trucks, and small-batch makers.

Bakery Equipment & Prep Area

Access dedicated bakery space with seven prep stations, two convection ovens, standing mixers, a baking proofer, and a 3-compartment sink. Ideal for bakers, dessert creators, or anyone needing room to rise.

Storage, Utilities & Extras

Take advantage of walk-in cold storage, dry storage, retail area, a full dishwashing room, ice maker, conference room, and outdoor rental space. Everything you need to scale and stay organized.
